My 15-year-old English springer spaniel, Maggie was diagnosed with congestive heart failure nearly 3 years ago. At the time the cardiologist who did the echo said she had 18 months-2 years to live. As the owner of a very picky eater, I’ve always struggled to find a dog food that my Bentley would actually enjoy. Before discovering Wynwood Dog Food Co., I had to hand-feed him dry kibble just to get him to eat. That all changed almost a year ago when I found Wynwood. Bentley immediately took to their food, and since then, I’ve slowly introduced their different recipes based on the proteins he’s liked in the past – and he’s loved them all.
I was initially hesitant to try the Venison + Squash recipe, since Bentley had never had venison before, but I’m so glad I decided to give it a go. When I put the food down for him, there was no hesitation – he dug right in, and I was amazed at how quickly he loved it.
