Refund Policy
At Wynwood Dog Food Co., we want every new customer to feel confident trying our food. That is why we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on first-time Starter Box orders.

If you are a first-time customer and are not satisfied with your first order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will review your request and, if eligible, issue a refund for your Starter Box.

The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to a customer's first order. Subscription renewals, repeat orders, add-on items, and future purchases are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee.

Because our food is fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns of food products once they have shipped. Please do not send food back to us unless our team specifically requests it.

Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances of each order.

Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your order is damaged, defective, missing items, thawed, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
