She oversees the formulations across both lines: our five Complete & Balanced diets and the full Fresh Rx® therapeutic range.

She routinely reviews finished-food laboratory results and updates formulations when the numbers call for it.

She works directly with veterinary teams that recommend Wynwood on clinical questions and how our diets fit into a patient’s care.

Dr. Laura Gaylord is a Board Certified Veterinary Nutritionist® and a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in the specialty of Nutrition.
She earned her veterinary degree at North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine and practiced as a general practitioner in North Carolina for more than twenty-four years.
She is also the founder of Whole Pet Provisions, PLLC, an independent nutrition consulting practice established in 2016. Through her practice, she formulates homemade diets, provides commercial diet consultations for pet owners and veterinary teams, and consults with pet food and supplement companies.
