Wynwood Wellness gives eligible INSIDERS $100 in Wynwood store credit after a qualifying annual wellness exam. The exam can cost more or less than $100. The credit is still $100.

Before you go

  • You must be an active Love Your Dog Club member.
  • You must have active INSIDER status.
  • Marketing emails must be turned on for your Wynwood account.
  • Your dog's exam must take place after you reach INSIDER.

How to claim it

  • Book the annual exam Book your dog's standard annual wellness exam with a licensed veterinarian.
  • Go, and keep the receipt You'll need a copy or a clear photo of the receipt from the visit.
  • Submit your receipt Fill out the form below and upload the receipt. Use the same email address that's on your Wynwood account - that is how we match the submission to you.
  • Get $100 in store credit We review the submission and add $100 in Wynwood store credit to your account.

INSIDER is based on Club Credits earned during the calendar year, not your current balance, the number of orders you place, or how long you have been a member.

How INSIDER status works

Reach 3,000 Club Credits in a calendar year and you become an INSIDER.

Once you reach INSIDER you keep it for the rest of that calendar year and all of the next calendar year.

During that next year, earn 3,000 Club Credits again to keep INSIDER for the year after that.

Example. Reach INSIDER in October. You keep it for the rest of that year and the whole of the following year. Earn 3,000 Club Credits during that following year to keep it another year.

What counts as a wellness exam?

A standard annual checkup performed by a licensed veterinarian. Typically a physical exam, and it may include routine screening tests.

Emergency visits, sick visits and grooming appointments do not qualify. If you're unsure, email info@wynwooddogfood.com before you go.

Does the exam have to cost $100?

No. The exam can cost less or more. A qualifying submission gets $100 in Wynwood store credit.

How recent does the visit need to be?

The exam must take place after you reach INSIDER status. An exam from before you became an INSIDER does not qualify.
