Our free rewards program. You earn Club Credits on every purchase and unlock Insider perks as you shop.
How do I earn Club Credits?
Automatically, every time you shop. Nothing to clip, scan or remember at checkout. Credits collect in your account and you spend them whenever you like.
How do I check my balance?
It's at the top of this page when you're signed in. You can also open the Rewards panel from any page on the site.
Do credits expire?
Credits carry an expiry date shown in your Rewards panel. Insider status runs on its own yearly cycle, which is also shown there.

Do I need to be a Club member?
Yes. You need active Insider status and marketing emails switched on.
What counts as a wellness exam?
A standard annual checkup by a licensed veterinarian, usually a physical exam and sometimes routine screening tests. Emergency visits, sick visits and grooming appointments do not qualify.
Does the exam have to cost $100?
No. You get $100 in store credit whatever the exam cost.
How recent does the visit need to be?
The exam has to have taken place after you reached Insider.
Can I submit more than once a year?
No. It's a once-per-year perk tied to your dog's annual exam.
