The $99 Frozen Minimum Why is there a minimum?

Dry ice and insulation only work if there’s enough food in the box to hold the cold. Small orders warm up too fast in transit — and food that arrives thawed isn’t food we’re willing to send.

$99 is the point where we can guarantee your dog’s food shows up frozen and safe to store. That’s why it applies at checkout, even if the rest of your cart is full of treats.

Delivery Timing

When will it get here?

Two things determine your delivery date: when we ship to your state and how long delivery takes. Select your state to see both.

Ordering both? Expect two boxes.

Frozen and non-frozen items ship separately. Frozen food arrives in a box packed with insulation and dry ice, while treats, supplements, and merchandise arrive in a standard shipping box. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
